I'm going to make a cover for my Itouch because I'm a shocker with scratching it and have been exploring other crafty peoples variations. I came across Cathe Holdens 'Just something I made' blog. She sews these great leather products with iron on decals/transfers, take a looksie. I especially like the patchwork quilt idea...

Camilla Meijer
Came across a talented Londoner yesterday while googling again (yes it's a problem I'm not willing to stop...). Camilla Meijer is a swedish graphics trained designer who went rogue and discovered her love for pattern creating. I love that she has simplified her product range allowing the patterns to be the centre of attention, she sells these on her website here. -Beautiful cushions, wallpaper and lamp shades.

WGSN
WGSN has to be the worlds leading online fashion and textile trend research journal -it's fantastic, when I was at Uni we had student acess to it but gone are those days! absolutely gutted. A textile uni friend works for Longina Phillips print design in Sydney and they entered a design comp for WGSN and won! Congrats to them it was a really stunning design of hand drawn illustrated objects -gorgeous! check it out above.

colour
Playing around again with kaleidoscope patterns with some of my flower photos. I'm having quite a bit of fun -I think yes that works but then discover more layer options and I haven't even tried any filters yet though for some reason I feel like I'm cheating when I use a filter as I didn't create it....
