Battersea Fireworks finale!
(Cheap seats from a friends balcony...)

Battersea Affordable Art show is on this week so I'm heading over tomorrow to take a quick squiz around. Have been on the webby tonight checking out some of the artists and am in love with the beautiful works of Henrick Simonsen! Absolutely stunning pieces!

Went to the V&A today and spied a few new and interesting finds. Especially love the Fendi baguette needlepoint kit! Such a great idea! Just discovered Fendi is known for their DIY kits -would love the plain white one with the pantone markers!
Pretty, minute and delicate. Julia Parry-Jones creates stunning mini works of art inspired by nature and curiosities.
Origin craft market was home to several amazing jewellers such as Aki Mori above whose work had a playful, fairytale delicatness about it. Loved the pendant!
Ok so I don't usually spend a lot of dollars on makeup but I recently bought a couple of items care of Benefit that I absolutely LOVE. They actually do what they say they're gonna do! The Pore-Fessional is a great little tube of goop that helps to minimise the appearance of your pores which it does!! Smooth it on and you're good to go, if you wear foundation or cover up it makes the finish look sooooo much clearer. Also purchased the 'They're Real' mascara, I have tried so many but never managed to find a good one that won't clump, won't leave dusting under the eyes and is easy to remove. (Wow I sound like an advert! but seriously I'd reccommend either of these in a heart beat!)
